Ingredients: 100% organic cold-pressed oil from the fruit of milk thistle (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.).
How to enjoy: If you like to take milk thistle oil neat, take one to two teaspoons per day. If you prefer to add it to your meals, use it like a premium extra virgin olive oil: drizzle liberally over dips, vegetables and salads. Its subtle and unique flavour will add that missing touch to savoury and vegetable-based dishes. Avoid using it for cooking, as it doesn’t like to be heated.
Store your amber glass bottle in a cool, dark place and please recycle after use.
