Ionovo Iodide is formulated with a revolutionary technology that allows for a mix of pure molecular iodide and water, nothing else.

The U.S. National Institute of Health recommends 150mcg a day of  iodide for adults and developing teens. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are recommended to take between 220-290mcg.
