(Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride from shrimp, prawn and crab (Exoskeleton)) 

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin (Capsule). 

RECOMMENDED DOSE – (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY: Take 2 capsules three times per day with a glass of water. 

DURATION OF USE: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
