WHAT ARE PROBIOTICS AND WHAT DO THEY DO?The human body is a walking ecosystem: There are ten times more microbial cells living on the surfaces of our bodies — both inner and outer — than there are human cells.(1) Also known as ‘friendly’ bacteria, the probiotics that live in our digestive tract protect us from harmful bacteria. Why? HA strains survive strong stomach acid and bile, reaching the intestinal tract at full potency. Transient probiotics are far less effective.

SUGGESTED USE:
Take 1-3 capsules daily, with or after meals. For best results: Open the contents of one capsule into food cool enough to eat, to ensure a continuing supply – starting in the mouth – of protective probiotics in every meal. We recommend this to mimic how it was in nature, when diets were rich in fresh foods covered with probiotics, before we started to kill them by cooking, processing, chemical farming practices, etc. Mixed into foods, probiotics benefit your entire digestive tract – including mouth, esophagus, and stomach – that swallowing capsules will miss.
CORRECT STORAGE:
Always keep refrigerated. At your local health food store or supermarket, you will always find it in the cooler. Refrigeration ensures maximum potency and stability of live bacterial cells, and guarantees number of cells listed at date of expiration on the label. Freeze to increase stability and prolong potency. For each day without refrigeration (at room temperature), about 1% of the viable cells will be lost.
