Strest 90 Veggie Caps

Strest® VegiCaps are used in Herbal Medicine:

1. As a tonic to help relieve general debility
2. To help improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and/or physical exertion.

Medicinal Ingredients (340 mg per capsule): 

Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum, leaf) 85 mg (5:1 extract, DHE 425 mg)

Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus, root) 85 mg (5:1 extract, DHE 425 mg)

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, root and rhizome) 54.4 mg (1 % rosavins; 5:1 extract, DHE 272 mg)

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) 54.4 mg (5:1 extract, DHE 272 mg)

Oat (Avena sativa, seed) 40.8 mg (5:1 extract, DHE 204 mg)

Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis, fruit) 20.4 mg (5:1 extract, DHE 102 mg)

(alcohol free)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: 

Hypromellose (vegicap)

Magnesium stearate

CONTAINS NO: dairy, egg, wheat, soy, artificial preservatives, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners

Dosage:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily on an empty stomach.

Duration of Use:  

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one month. 

Cautions and Warnings: 

Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are breastfeeding; if you are taking antidepressant medication, heart medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or birth control pills; if you have any type of acute infection, a heart condition, or diabetes. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.

Contraindications: 

Do not use: if you are pregnant; if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, or bipolar spectrum disorder.

Known Adverse Reactions: 

Discontinue use if you experience irritability, insomnia, or hypersensitivity/allergy.
