Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Rice syrup solids, apple fibre, isomaltooligosaccharides, olive oil, medium-chain triglycerides, natural vanilla flavour, silicon dioxide, and rosemary extract.

Directions:Adults, 19 years and older, blend, shake or briskly stir 2 level scoops (49 grams) of Ultra Sustain™ with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of water or juice 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drink Slowly. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food or immediately after meals (to minimize gastrointestinal irritation and prevent too rapid absorption). Use the scoop provided in the product.

Caution:Do not use during or following vigorous exercise or for maintenance of hydration, rehydration, or treatment of acute dehydration.
