Organic rye flour is a finely ground, smooth and light-textured flour with an earthy, robust flavour, perfect for heartier types of baking such as artisan breads, bagels and flatbreads. Rye releases more sugars during amylase giving the final product a distinctive flavour that is a favourite of bakers worldwide.
