A true classic! This cheddar, except for the sliced and 21g snack formats, which are made from pasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 60 days. It is cream-coloured and has a firm, smooth, slightly creamy texture.

Much appreciated for its delicately salty flavour and nutty, buttery finish, this cheese is perfect to enjoy on its own. This gluten free Canadian cheese can also be used in all sorts of recipes, all day long!
