Directions:Adults - (Healthy Mood Balance) Take 1 capsule, 1-3 times per day. Use for minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult health practitioner for use beyond 1 year. (Sleep Aid) Take 1-2 capsules 30-45 mins before bedtime. Take with food.
Warnings:
All Users: Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; and prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, or taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include S- adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St.John’s Wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough/cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult healthcare practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcer, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.
