While Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Chasteberry, Wild Yam, and Red Clover extracts have estrogen-like effects, Hesperidin and Quercetin reduce the loss of endogenous estrogen, which is associated with the symptoms.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to sue if you taking any prescription medications.
Contra-Indications:Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use this product if you have allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley). Do not use this product if you have diarrhoea, haemorrhagic diseases, or hypermenorrhoea/profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods. Do not use if you are taking anti-cancer medications, blood thinners/antidepressants medications (e.g selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressants, and/or contraceptive medications.
Known Adverse Reactions:If you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches.
