Dosage
Recommended adult dose: For cardiovascular support: 1 softgel 2–3 times daily with meals or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For mood support: 1 softgel 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For reducing the pain of rheumatoid arthritis: 5 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
