Anita’s Organic Wheat flour is milled from whole grain Hard Red Spring Wheat. Our Stone ground whole wheat flour is milled at low temperatures on our granite stone mill in Chilliwack BC. It has a courser texture as the bran and germ tend to flake off as the grain runs between the stones. A beautiful flour perfect for all baking needs.
