Our organic extra virgin olive oil balanced has a delicate aroma of tomato stalk and a velvety taste of ripe olives. Its bitterness is marked, but its ardence is moderate; hence its name "balanced". It finds its place at all stages of the realization of the recipes and deploys its full potential when used as a finishing touch.
Without GMOs, our olive oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids omega-9, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants.

Each year we select from the producers the various lots of extra virgin olive oil destined to be conditioned under the Maison Orphée's brand.
