Adults, take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times per day.
Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressants, anticoagulants, hormones or antihypertensive medicine; if you are attempting to conceive; if you suffer from an immune system disorder (e.g. Crohn's disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythermaotsus, HIV/AIDS, awaiting an organ transplant, etc.), cancer, asthma; if you have severe allergies.
Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea and indigestion; in which case, discontinue use.
