Borage (Borago officinalis), also known as starflower, is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean region. It is rich in an omega-6 fatty acid called gamma linoleic acid (GLA) that has been researched for its anti-inflammatory potential, and compounds that have shown positive effects on stress and anxiety.
Dosage: Adults: Take 2 mL (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
