Native American tribes have long used Osha root for its medicinal properties, particularly for respiratory ailments. The root was traditionally chewed or made into teas to relieve coughs, colds, bronchitis, and sore throats.
Dosage: Adults: Take 0.7-1.1 mL (20-33 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
