Adults take 2 capsule 1 time per day (preferably take on an empty stomach).
Cautions:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have an allergy to seafood, do not use this product. If you have hypoglycemia, hypo-tension or if you take medicines for diabetes, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have leukopenia, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have cardiovascular disease, a liver or kidney disorder or diabetes, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort such as constipation, vomiting, abdominal pain or diarrhea, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
Do not use if seal is broken.Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
