Ingredients and nutrition
Ingredients: 100% organic cold-pressed oil from black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa (L.)).
How to enjoy: You can take up to three teaspoons of our Black Seed Oil neat per day. It also adds a delicious flavor to salad dressings, soups and pasta dishes, but avoid using it in cooking as it doesn’t like to be heated.
Alternatively, dilute a small amount in a carrier oil and apply to skin and hair. As our oil is very potent, we recommend performing a patch test first to avoid any irritation.
Store your amber glass bottle in a cool, dark place and please recycle after use.
