Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a night time sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative).
Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3-4 times late in the day and 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.
