Directions
Adults and adolescents age 9 and older, take 1 softgel, 3 times daily between meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have gallstones, anaemia, hiatus hernia or gastroesophageal reflux.
