Recommended Dose:Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 scoops (46 grams) of Ultra Advanced Protein with 237-296 mL (8-10 fl. oz.) of chilled water 1-2 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
