Adults take 4 capsules with water 3 times per day with meals. Must be taken for a minimum of 2-3 months for beneficial effects to be demonstrated.

Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have heart disease, diabetes, if you are taking blood thinners or antiarrhythmic medications or if symptoms persist more than 6 months. Discontinue use if you experience prolonged gastrointestinal discomfort.
Contra-indications:Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have gastric or duodenal ulcers.
