Without GMOs, our olive oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids omega-9, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants.

Each year we select from the producers the various lots of extra virgin olive oil destined to be conditioned under the Maison Orphée's brand. Taste, colour and health benefits are preserved because our oils are cold-extracted and bottled in dark glass containers that protect them from light. Our choices require more effort and make all the difference.
